Terms of Service

In short: you send a brief, approve the script and storyboard, and we deliver your video in about 4 days for a flat price ($200 for up to 60 seconds, $400 for up to 2 minutes), with one revision round included. You pay nothing upfront; you pay after delivery, through Razorpay in the client app. You are responsible for the materials you give us, and for using the client app fairly.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the vpixai website (vpixai.com), the vpixai client app (app.vpixai.com) or order a video from us. "We", "us" and "vpixai" mean vpixai; "you" means the person using the service and the business they act for. By creating an account or ordering a video, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

2. The service

vpixai is an AI-assisted video production studio for B2B teams. We make short business videos, including explainer, product demo, social and ad, launch, onboarding and training, and sales enablement videos. We use AI tools to speed up scripting, visuals and voiceover; our writers, designers and editors handle creative direction, editing and quality control. We work in 2D motion graphics, whiteboard animation, illustrated character animation, 3D, product UI, kinetic typography and AI cinematic footage, and we can edit live-action footage you supply into your video. We don't provide live-action filming or shooting, human voice actors (voiceover is AI only), or media buying and ad campaign management. 3. How ordering works

1. Brief (Day 1). You create an account in the client app and share a brief about your business, goal and audience, through the intake form (about 5 minutes) or a 15-minute call.
2. Script and storyboard (Day 1–2). We write the script and plan the visuals, then send them for your approval. Production starts after you approve them.
3. Production (Day 2–4). We produce the video with AI-generated visuals and voiceover, human editing, motion design and your branding.
4. Delivery (Day 4). We deliver the final video in the client app. You review it and can use the revision round if you need changes.
5. Payment. You pay after delivery. The final video can be downloaded from the client app once the project is paid.

Our standard timeline is 4 days from brief to final video, for every video, whatever its length or style. It depends on you sending the brief, materials and approvals promptly; if those are delayed, delivery moves accordingly.

4. Price and what's included

A video up to 60 seconds costs a flat $200 (USD), and a video up to 2 minutes costs a flat $400 (USD), whatever the style. There is no hourly billing, hidden fee or retainer. The price includes:

• a script written for your audience
• AI-assisted visuals and animation
• professional AI voiceover
• your logo, colors and branding
• background music and captions
• one revision round
• an HD MP4 file (16:9); vertical and square versions are available on request

Videos over 2 minutes and multi-video bundles are quoted on request, and we agree the price with you before work starts. Anything outside the package above is also agreed with you before we do it. See the pricing page for the current package.

5. The revision round

Each video includes one revision round. You can use it to request changes to the script, visuals or voiceover. Please send all the changes you want together, in the client app, so we can make them in one pass.

6. Payment

You pay $0 upfront. Once your final video is delivered, you pay through Razorpay Checkout in the client app. The amount due for each project is shown in the app before you pay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by vpixai; Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself.

7. Your responsibilities

• Accurate brief and timely feedback. Give us the information we need and review the script, storyboard and video in time.
• Rights to your materials. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you give us for your video: logos, trademarks, product screenshots, images, footage, music, names and any other content.
• Your claims. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your video says about your products, services and results, and for approving the script before production.
• Lawful use. You won't ask us to make content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may decline or stop work on a project that breaks these rules.

8. Using the client app

• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Use a real work email. Temporary or test inboxes can't be used to sign up.
• Don't upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to get around security checks, rate limits or access controls, or create accounts with automated tools.
• Uploads are limited to 1 GB per file, and each account has a total storage limit shown on the Assets page.
• The optional AI brand setup reads your public website to suggest a brand kit. Check its suggestions before you save them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data in the app.

9. Ownership and use of the final video

If you have specific needs for how you will use, own or license a delivered video, tell us at hello@vpixai.com before your project starts.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You are not asked to pay before delivery. If you want to stop a project before it is delivered, tell us in the client app or at hello@vpixai.com.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including Razorpay for payments, Cloudflare for file storage and bot protection, Anthropic for the AI brand setup, and Meta (WhatsApp) and Slack for notifications. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

12. Our liability

We make every video with care, and our team checks it before you see it. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Projects already in progress continue under the terms that applied when they started, unless we both agree otherwise.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to vpixai's place of business.
